Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling
- Coordinate Care Pro schedules based on client needs, caregiver availability, and continuity of care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and Care Pros through clear, timely communication.
- Respond quickly to schedule changes while ensuring consistent, high-quality client care.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and overall service delivery.
Care Pro Support
- Conduct regular performance, coaching, and accountability conversations with Care Pros.
- Support Care Pros by ensuring they understand and effectively use Home Instead systems and processes.
- Maintain accurate Care Pros availability, qualifications, and personnel records.
- Recognize and celebrate birthdays, employment anniversaries, and exceptional performance.
- Assist with recruiting by responding to employment inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Previous scheduling experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous caregiving, home care, or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable learning and using scheduling software and other technology.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt to changing schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
