Position Overview:
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care by efficiently managing caregiver schedules. This position involves coordinating client needs with caregiver availability, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our team in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage caregiver assignments based on client needs and caregiver availability.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in client care needs or caregiver availability.
• Collaborate with management to improve scheduling processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous scheduling experience preferred but not necessary.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling software or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
