Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to attract, hire, and retain exceptional caregivers. This role blends recruitment expertise with employee engagement initiatives to build a strong, motivated workforce aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers.
  • Post job ads, source candidates, and manage applicant pipelines
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and reference checks
  • Coordinate onboarding, including documentation, compliance, and orientation

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Design and implement engagement initiatives to improve caregiver satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a point of contact for caregiver support, concerns, and feedback
  • Coordinate training sessions, recognition programs, and team communications
  • Monitor employee performance and collaborate with management on improvement plans

Operations Support

  • Collaborate with scheduling and care coordination teams to ensure staffing needs are met
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in systems
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications

                Client Care experience required

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or staffing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of employment standards and healthcare staffing regulations is an asset
